These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AIVADI’s AI video generation platform. By submitting prompts and purchasing credits (either via plans or one-time payments), you acknowledge that each render consumes compute, tooling, and licensing costs that cannot be recovered once the generation begins.
Every AI video generation consumes GPU hours and third-party licensing, so purchases and queued renders are irreversible. Once you authorize a capture or spend credits on a workflow, the transaction is final—no partial or full refunds will be issued.
Ensure your prompts and settings are final before confirming generation. If a video fails due to a system issue, support will work to resolve the failure, but credits will only be restored when AIVADI determines a clear platform fault.
Contact support through the dashboard if you believe a charge was made in error. We will investigate, but refunds remain discretionary and are only considered when AIVADI is at fault.
